Description
This series collects previous-year GATE Mining Engineering (MN) papers that are in the source set: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024. The 2023 paper is not included. Each paper keeps the original question order. Single-choice questions have one correct option. Numerical-answer questions use the accepted minimum and maximum from the source. Papers from 2018 onward have 65 questions. The 2015 and 2016 papers have 55 questions, and the 2017 paper has 57. Topics follow the GATE MN syllabus: engineering mathematics; mining geology, mine development, and surveying; geomechanics and ground control; mining methods and machinery; surface environment, mine ventilation, and underground hazards; and mineral economics, mine planning, and systems engineering. General Aptitude items that appear in a paper stay in that paper. Each paper allows 3 hours, with a one-day cooldown before the same paper can be attempted again.
